- How do I find my login?
- Your login is your email address, or customer ID, and your unique password.
- How do I recover or reset my password?
- Go to NDIA.org/login and enter your email address or customer ID, click on “Forgot Password” and you will be sent an email to reset your password.
- I had an account with NDIA but I no longer have access to that email account. How can I gain access to my account?
- If you had an account with NDIA but you no longer have access to that email, please reach out to membership@NDIA.org.
- How do I update my mailing address?
- Go to NDIA.org/login and login to your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on My Account, and select My Profile. From there you may edit your contact information.
- How do I find my NDIA member number?
- Login to your account, click on "My Membership," Click "Email my membership card" in the upper left corner.
- How can I update my communications preferences?
- Go to NDIA.org/login and login to your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on My Account, select My Profile, and click on the Interest / Email Preferences link on the right-hand side of the page.
- How can I confirm my membership status?
- Go to NDIA.org/login and login to your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on the My Membership link on the right-hand side of the page.
- I have changed employers. How do I update my organization?
- To update your organization, go to NDIA.org/login and login to your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on My Account, and select My Profile. Click on “Edit Primary Info” and “Update my Organization”. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your NDIA membership, because it is a former work email, please contact membership@NDIA.org.
- I have retired. How do I change my membership status?
- To update your organization, go to NDIA.org/login and login to your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on My Account, and select My Profile. Click on “Edit Primary Info” and “Update my Organization”. For assistance with your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link. If you no longer have access to the email associated with your NDIA membership, because it is a former work email, please contact membership@NDIA.org.

- How can I join an NDIA Technical Division?
- To join an NDIA Technical Division’s mailing list, please complete the form found at this link and e-mail it to Divisions@NDIA.org.
- How can I join a Chapter?
- When you join NDIA, your Chapter affiliation is assigned based on the zip code you used for your address. You may select another Chapter as your primary chapter or add up to two secondary chapters by logging in to your account at NDIA.org/login. Once logged in go to My Account and select My Profile, then click on My NDIA Chapters link on the right-hand side of the page. Click on “Add NDIA Chapter” to join additional chapters.
- Are there any additional fees or dues required to join a Chapter?
- There is no additional fee to belong to NDIA chapters. Chapter affiliation is included in your membership benefits.
- What information do I need to qualify for the member-rate for an NDIA event?
- First, confirm your membership status by going to NDIA.org/login and logging into your account with your email address and unique password. Once logged in, click on the My Membership link on the right-hand side of the page.
- If you are not a member but you work for an NDIA Corporate member follow these instructions:
- Step 1: Confirm your organization is an NDIA corporate member. Once you have confirmed your company is a corporate member, return to this page to continue.
- Step 2: If your organization is already a corporate member, create an account and select your company's name during the sign-up process to be automatically added to the roster.
- Once you’ve confirmed your membership status, when you click on the “Register” link it will ask you to login, allowing the system to recognize you as a member; this ensures you will receive the member rate for registration. If you confirmed your membership status and you are not receiving the member rate, contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org.
- How do I login to NDIA Connect?
- The login information for NDIA Connect is the same as your NDIA login, your email address or member ID and your unique password.
- Where can I find the NDIA rental car discount code?

Who Can Join NDIA?
Companies that support a strong national defense and the responsive industrial base it requires may join under the following categories:- Corporate Membership: American-owned companies
- Allied Corporate Members: Companies based in the NATO countries, as well as Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Israel, South Korea and nations with which the United States maintains a reciprocal procurement agreement
- How does NDIA calculate corporate dues?
- Annual corporate dues are based on your organization's defense-related revenue (in U.S. Dollars). This revenue includes both prime contracts and subcontracts for products and services for all U.S. federal defense-related agencies.

- To confirm if your organization is an NDIA Corporate member, search the Corporate Members Directory below.
- I want to attend an NDIA event, and my organization is a corporate member. How can I get the corporate member discount?
- Once you’ve added yourself to the corporate roster using the instructions below, when you click on the “Register” link it will ask you to login, allowing the system to recognize you as a member; this ensures you will receive the member rate for registration. If you joined your corporate roster and you are not receiving the member rate, contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org.

How many employees are we allowed to have on our corporate roster?
- Corporate membership extends complimentary individual membership to all company employees. There is no limit to how many can be added to your corporate roster.
- How do I view my organization’s roster?
- If you are the Key Representative for your organization’s corporate membership, you may access your organization’s roster by logging in to your account at NDIA.org/login. Once logged in, go to My Account and select My Profile, then scroll down the page and click on the link “Organizations You Manage”. From here you may remove employees from the roster by ending their relationship.
- How do I add new employees to my organization's corporate roster?
- New employees can join the roster online by following these instructions:
- Step 1: Confirm your organization is an NDIA corporate member. Once you have confirmed your company is a corporate member, return to this page to continue.

- How do I make someone else my organization's Key Rep?
- To change the Key Representative for your organization’s membership, please contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org.
- How do I get a copy of my organization's membership invoice?
- If you are the Key Representative for your organization’s corporate membership, you may access your invoices by logging in to your account at NDIA.org/login. Once logged in go to My Account and select My Profile, then click on My Invoices link on the right-hand side of the page.
- If you are not the Key Representative, please contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org. Note: If you need an invoice to renew your organization’s corporate membership, please contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org.
- Can I renew my organization’s corporate membership via wire transfer?
- Yes, NDIA accepts wire transfers as payment. Click each of the respective links to access NDIA’s banking information and W-9 form. Please use your company’s member ID as a reference to make it easier to identify your wire transfer.

- Can I sign up or renew online and get billed for my membership?
- A credit card payment is required when joining or renewing online. If you need an invoice, please contact the Membership Team at membership@NDIA.org.

I’m a member of the Guard or Reserve, do I qualify for the complimentary government membership?
- Yes, members of the Guard and Reserve are eligible for NDIA's three-year complimentary government membership
- Which countries qualify for the complimentary Allied government membership?
- Allied military and government employees who are citizens of:
- Nations belonging to the NATO Alliance
- Japan, Australia, or New Zealand
- Nations with which the United States maintains a Reciprocal Procurement Agreement
- Nations with which the U.S. Department of Defense has specifically asked the Association to conduct meetings and enhance the communications on an industry-to-industry basis.
- Allied military and government employees who are citizens of:
- I’m a PTAC, do I qualify for the complimentary government membership?
- This membership package does not apply to contractors, including PTACs and FFRDCs, or state university employees. PTACS and FFRDCs are eligible to apply for corporate membership or may join as individual members.
- I work for a state institution of higher learning (college, university, etc.), do I qualify for the complimentary government membership?
- This membership package does not apply to state university employees. Members of state colleges and universities are encouraged to consider our academia membership or join as individual members.
- I recently retired from the military; do I still qualify for the complimentary government membership as a retiree?
- This membership package is available to Active-Duty members and active members of the Guard, and Reserve only.
