  • Who Can Join NDIA?
    Companies that support a strong national defense and the responsive industrial base it requires may join under the following categories:

    • Corporate Membership: American-owned companies
    • Allied Corporate Members: Companies based in the NATO countries, as well as Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Israel, South Korea and nations with which the United States maintains a reciprocal procurement agreement
  • How does NDIA calculate corporate dues?
    • Annual corporate dues are based on your organization's defense-related revenue (in U.S. Dollars). This revenue includes both prime contracts and subcontracts for products and services for all U.S. federal defense-related agencies.

  • How do I join my organization's corporate roster?
    • If you are not a member but you work for an NDIA Corporate member follow these instructions:
    • Step 1: Confirm your organization is an NDIA corporate member. Once you have confirmed your company is a corporate member, return to this page to continue.

  • Step 2: If your organization is already a corporate member, create an account and select your company's name during the sign-up process to be automatically added to the roster.

  •  How many employees are we allowed to have on our corporate roster? 
    • Corporate membership extends complimentary individual membership to all company employees. There is no limit to how many can be added to your corporate roster. 
  • How do I view my organization’s roster? 
    • If you are the Key Representative for your organization’s corporate membership, you may access your organization’s roster by logging in to your account at NDIA.org/login. Once logged in, go to My Account and select My Profile, then scroll down the page and click on the link “Organizations You Manage”. From here you may remove employees from the roster by ending their relationship.
  • How do I add new employees to my organization's corporate roster?
    • New employees can join the roster online by following these instructions:
      • Step 1: Confirm your organization is an NDIA corporate member. Once you have confirmed your company is a corporate member, return to this page to continue.
