Susannah Kerr is Senior, Vice President (SVP) and General Manager (GM) of Jacobs' Federal & Environmental. Solutions (F&ES) Business Unit. Ms. Kerr is accountable for the growth and delivery of buildings, infrastructure, and environmental project; for Federal, public, and private sector client, around the world F&ES provides full life cycle solutions integrating buildings, infrasrructure, and the environment, including planning, programming, architecture, engineering, program management, construction management, asset management, commissioning, operations and maintenance, compliance, and strategic consulting solutions. She is accountable for leading a cross-functional team that develops, implements, and delivers on 3 business strategy creating innovative, resilient, and sustainable client solutions. She leads 3800+ employees with over $1.3B of growing revenue.
Having worked in prominent positions at several large AEC firms, and most recently 8 year, at Jacobs, Ms. Kerr has accumulated 30 years of professional experience in operations and business development. Ms. Kerr has worked with Federal a11d private-sector clients on large environme11tal., water, transportation, and complex buildings projects - leading consulting, design, and construction work.
Ms. Kerr is an executive sponsor of Jacobs' VetNet employee network, and is a participating member of Jacobs' Women's Network, Harambee, and OneWorld employee networks. She is on the Global Integrated Delivery Steering Committee and is Designated Project Executive and Joint Venture board member on several major programs. Externally, Ms. Kerr is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and serves on the board of the American Public Transportation Association and the Washington DC Chapter board for the National Defense Industrial Association.
A registered architect, Ms Kerr is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master of Architecture, and a Master in City Planning
