Sharon Hardie is the Head of Government Relations for Booz Allen where she leads engagement and advocacy with Congress, the administration, trade associations, and think tanks. She develops and executes strategies to anticipate, identify, and address policy, regulatory and legislative issues of impact to the company to create a better business environment for Booz Allen.

An expert in the legislative process and federal policy, Sharon has over 25 years of government experience from her tenure with industry, serving in federal senior executive roles and as a Congressional staff member. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Sharon served in key government relations leadership roles at Battelle, BAE Systems, and General Dynamics. Sharon previously served as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Defense Intelligence Agency and as Chief of Staff for the Department of Homeland Security National Protection and Programs Directorate which oversaw the department's cybersecurity and infrastructure protection divisions {now CISA). Prior to her federal government experience, Sharon served as an Associate to the House Rules Committee and as a Senior Policy Analyst to the New York Governor's Washington, DC office.

Sharon serves on the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Board of Governors. She has previously served as a board member in Alexandria nonprofit organizations to include the Friends of the Guest House. She is a graduate of Niagara University and holds a B.A. in Political Science.
