Paul DellaNeve is Vice President of Corporate Development for Moog Inc., a $3B public company with 13,000 world-wide employees. Moog is a designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision motion control products and systems. Moog’s high-performance systems control military and commercial aircraft, satellites and space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, industrial machinery, construction, marine applications, and medical equipment. In 2015, Paul established Moog’s Corporate Development function moving away from ad hoc acquisition methods to a better focused set of M&A processes, expanding M&A beyond acquisitions to include alternative investments and partnerships. Paul is a 26-year Moog employee and reflecting on past responsibilities within Moog included Aircraft Group VP of Business Development/Marketing, Salt Lake City Operations Manager following the acquisition of Raytheon Aircraft’s Montek Division, Product Line Director for Business Jets and initially led the Moog F-35 development teams (the largest Moog defense contract) during the concept development stages of this large program. Paul previously worked for DRS/Sierra Research and Bell Aerospace Textron. He is a graduate from Clarkson University, Board of director of Insyte Consulting and associated TDC foundation, a Board of Director for National Defense Industries Association (NDIA), a founding member of the Buffalo Manufacturing Works, Board of Director for Stark Technologies and formerly a Board Director of Utah Manufacturing Association. Paul also leads Moog’s government affairs working with lobbyists and coordinating legislative initiatives.
