Marisa Rhode is the Vice President for Program & Budget Growth at Aeyon, a large professional services and management consulting firm that provides advanced strategies and digital transformation supporting critical national security and civilian agency missions. Ms. Rhode focuses on the strategic direction and growth of Aeyon's Program & Budget practice area, developing core functional solutions for PPBE focused processes and analytic requirements.

Prior to her role with Aeyon, Marisa focused on congressional appropriations and public policy, having served as a Professional Staff Member to the Senate Appropriations Committee, Subcommittee on Homeland Security and as a detailee to the Subcommittee on Defense. Marisa is a career budget officer for the Department of the Navy and the United States Marine Corps, where she focused on budget formulation and execution of appropriated resources, to include Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) in Hawai'i and Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Programs & Resources (P&R) in Washington D.C.
