John Beaver is the Senior Director for Global Public Policy at RTX where he supports Global Government Relations activities at the international, federal, and local level to advance the company's legislative and regulatory interests with elected and appointed officials.

He previously served as Director for Legislative Affairs on the National Security Council Staff at the White House, as Director of Senate Affairs in the Office of Secretary of Defense, as Chief of Legislative Affairs for the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, & Commander, U.S. European Command, and on the staff of a U.S. Senator.

A Navy veteran, he a minesweeper, a guided missile destroyer, an destroyer commanded a multi-national naval task force, a destroyer squadron, a guided missile destroyer, and a minesweeper.

Beaver is a graduate of Ole Miss (BA), the U.S. Naval War College (MA), and was a Georgetown University Government Affairs Institute Fellow.
