Brian E. Perry
Senior Vice President, Sensor Systems, Mercury Systems, Inc.
Brian Perry is Senior Vice President of Sensor Systems, a business unit of Mercury’s Mission Systems division. His portfolio includes Mercury’s trusted and secure edge and sensor processing systems. Brian is responsible for all aspects of the business including program management, engineering, and manufacturing operations. He brings extensive experience in technology development, systems integration, and operations management and has demonstrated success in business integration and growth.
Previously, Mr. Perry was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Defense Systems business, where he developed the Company’s capabilities to that of a systems development and integration firm. Before that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Mercury’s Services and Systems Integration (SSI) group. Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Perry held various positions with Suntron Corporation, including General Manager of its advanced prototyping and systems engineering operation. Before Suntron, Mr. Perry served in multiple roles with Lockheed Martin and General Electric in the development of key engine and real-time control technologies.
Mr. Perry holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MS studies in controls engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Management of Technology from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 2013.
