Bio

Amy Motko is the CEO & President of Carley Corporation in Orlando, Florida. She is a skilled Systems/Software Engineer and Program Manager with over thirty years’ experience in a variety of maintenance/operational training systems, modeling and simulation systems, and instructional design systems for the Air Force, Navy, Army, Marine Corps, and various Government agencies.

Ms. Motko has worked in the Defense Industry as a Payload Support Engineer, Systems/Software Engineer, Program Manager, Director of Advanced Programs for Training Systems, and Vice President of Program Management. After serving as Carley Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer for 6 years, she was promoted to President in February of 2019, and CEO in November 2021. Leading the company from $11M in revenue to over $45M, she also transitioned the company from private ownership to a very successful ESOP in 2019.

Ms. Motko’s professional affiliations include currently serving as the Vice Chair on the National Training and Simulation Association Executive Committee, and an officer on the National Center for Simulation Board of Directors. Past President (2011-2012) and member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Central Florida Chapter, Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Sunshine Chapter, Central Florida AAAA, and the Central Florida Navy League. She also held the prestigious positions of I/ITSEC Program Chair in 2010 and I/ITSEC Conference Chair in 2012. Ms. Motko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a Leadership Orlando Class 81 graduate.
