Alan Faver has 30 years of experience, serves as the Aerospace and Defense leader of Deloitte’s US Risk and Financial Advisory practice and serves as Lead Client Service Partner for one of Deloitte’s largest A&D clients. Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice includes services focused on assisting companies with their cyber risks, financial risk, M&A transactions and restructuring, assurance and internal audit, risk intelligence, forensic, regulatory and operational risk needs. 

Alan focuses on serving aerospace and defense companies including defense systems, programs, ordnance, commercial aerospace, IT services, shipbuilding, and others.  He has experience in financial processes and accounting, internal control, information systems, as well as internal auditing, external auditing and other assurance examinations. Alan leverages this experience base with Aerospace & Defense companies to bring a well-rounded understanding of complex business, financial and information technology processes as well as a valued perspective on compliance and governance.
