NEW HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS FOR 2025!
To secure a hotel room at the host hotel, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®, you MUST register for the conference first. The hotel booking link will be in the email confirmation of your conference registration. The hotel rooms must be booked by April 21, 2025 and is available on first-come, first-served basis and may sell out prior to the deadline. ATTENTION GOVERNMENT CARD HOLDERS:
NDIA is aware of credit card rejections for government issued Citi card users. Due to restrictions/blocks against card charges for MCC code 8641- Associations, your card may be declined. If you encounter this decline, contact your government card issuer or Citi to notify them of this MCC code card block. Once cleared, you may register online with your card.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.
A valid U.S. military email is required at time of registration.
Industry member companies (U.S. and Allied) with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $100 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by Friday, May 2, 2025. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. To substitute your registration, please contact Andrew Peters at apeters@NDIA.org.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.

NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
