Registration
Industry, Academia, Small Business, and Young Professional registration types are now CLOSED due to reaching capacity. All other registration types can still register online.
The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for Industry attendees. Government and military attendees MUST include the meal ticket if those aspects of the event are desired. The deadline to purchase a government meal ticket is September 6, 2024.
Regardless of registration type, attendance at the Clambake requires payment of an additional fee.
This event is classified at the SECRET level. All attendees must hold a secret clearance or higher with the company or command that they are representing at NDIA and that will be sending the visitor request on their behalf.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

DoD Government / Active Duty Military Quota Control
Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command has provided Tier 2 conference approval. The number of DoD government and Active Military personnel who can attend is limited. If you wish to attend please notify your command’s conference point of contact to receive your registration access code. In order to receive this rate you must be a young industry professionals under 40 years of age who is REFERRED TO the conference by an NDIA MEMBER. Please email Erin Peters at epeters@NDIA.org if you would like to refer someone who qualifies for this rate.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Erin Peters at epeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full symposium registration categories received on or before September 2, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 3, 2024. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Emerging Technologies Institute (ETI), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
