Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Erin Peters at epeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full symposium registration categories received on or before August 12, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after August 13, 2024. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.

Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!

HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Emerging Technologies Institute (ETI), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA, ETI, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
