Andrea Nibert works for Leidos in the DMV.  As a Senior Project Manager, her focus is integrating Agile processes with performance measurement and management practices, providing valuable project execution insight. She has supported all phases of program planning and execution, beginning with proposal support, and contract startup through contract closeout. She has participated in Baseline Reviews (technical/product scope baseline integrated with the schedule and cost baseline), Joint Surveillance Events, and DCMA Compliance Reviews. Her roles in these events include the CAM, Scheduler, EVM Analyst and independent review lead. She is active in multiple community working sessions in NDIA, GAO, CM SEI, and DAU.

In support of programs not requiring EVM, she applies her process-oriented approach to the program performance measurement and management to meet the stakeholder’s requirements ensuring the right information is available for decision-making. The programs have been of varying contract type and size, from multiple technical task orders (TTOs), staff augmentation and systems development of several hundreds of thousand to several hundreds of million dollars.
