Dave Lyons is the Director of the Cost Data Support Group within the Office of the Secretary of Defense Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (OSD CAPE). In this role, he is responsible for managing the Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) system and the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise (CADE) effort to provide quality data to DoD’s cost analysis community. Over the last 18 years, Dave has performed in a variety of cost estimating and data collection roles for CAPE across multiple portfolios. Dave also served as the Division Chief for the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency’s Technology, C2, and Special Programs division from 2019 to 2023.
