His portfolio of capital asset projects includes all the major program offices and various reviews inclusive of cost and earned value management. Mr. Kong is a registered Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional, a Certified Cost Professional, a Certified Facility Manager, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Project Definition Rating Index Facilitator.
