Ms. Beth Corcoran is the Deputy Technical Warrant Holder (DTWH) for Integrated Project Analysis (IPA) in the Cost & Schedule Analysis Department for the Department of Navy (DoN) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) located in Patuxent River NAS, MD.  With 22 years working in DoD related scheduling and EVM roles, she serves as technical authority and advisor to the NAVAIR community on Earned Value Management reporting and usage for performance analysis and actionable management insight. She provides technical authority, training and guidance in NAVAIR EVM policies, tools and analysis processes.  Ms. Corcoran is certified Program Management Professional (PMP).
