As the Vice President of Stellar Solutions’ Stellar Advisors sector, Paul is dedicated to service, professionalism and driving initiatives that enable clients to attain their critical needs. Retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a Brigadier General following 29 years of extraordinary military experience, his deep expertise entails integrated air and missile defense, joint operations, strategic planning, cyber operations, space operations, and homeland defense.
While serving as the Deputy Director of Operations at NORAD, Paul directed employment of joint forces supporting continental defense, ensured force readiness against near-peer competition in contested environments, and promoted bi-national cooperation with the Canadian government to provide early warning, air/maritime sovereignty and territorial protection.
With significant staff assignments as the Inspector General of Air Combat Command and as the Chief of Staff of U.S. Air Forces Central Command, Paul gained exceptional insight into personnel and force readiness as well as operational and strategic planning. His complete familiarity with the NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, INDOPACOM and EUCOM areas of responsibility makes him uniquely versatile as a Stellar Advisor.
Having commanded at the wing, group and squadron levels, and as an evaluator pilot in the F-16 with over 580 combat hours, Paul excelled with every critical leadership situation and managerial challenge. Additionally, as a Stellar Advisor, his professional acumen, insightful perspectives and facilitation expertise make him an outstanding facilitator for table-top exercises, workshops and wargames.
Paul’s unique skillsets include crisis management, strategic leadership, U.S. government interagency coordination, homeland security, space control strategy, international engagement, and joint/coalition wargames and exercises.
