REGISTRATION

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Military: Military ID
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times. 

ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the conference is business for civilians or uniform of the day for military personnel.

SPEAKER ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the conference is business for civilians and uniform of the day or preferred dress for military personnel.   

CONFERENCE PROGRAM/MOBILE APP
There will not be a printed copy of the program onsite. A digital version will be sent to all attendees prior to the event. Mobile app and download instructions will also be sent to registered attendees prior to the conference.

Valet Parking: $49/day

Self Parking: $29/day

NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants. HARASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
