Mr. DeVries currently provides program management to OSD’s joint-service Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) program, providing investment into industry and government partners to transition prototype technologies to manufacturing-scale sufficient to address fielding demands and ensure an asymmetric technical advantage for our warfighters. The diverse MSTP portfolio addresses needs across DoD and technology domains, advancing DoD’s modernization priorities and driving down acquisition and sustainment costs for fielded and next-generation technologies. In partnership across DoD, ManTech pursues sound investment and risk reduction for critical technology development through advanced manufacturing.
Prior to his current posting, Mr. DeVries held various positions within the Power & Energy and Radar Technologies Divisions of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. His roles have included overall Systems Engineer for Microwave devices, Project Management of business unit workload, In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for Submarine Main Storage Batteries, and Branch Manager. Mr. DeVries received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1998. He completed studies in Masters in Business Administration from Ball State University in 2009. Mr. DeVries is an acquisition professional, and a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps.
