Sponsorship Opportunities

PREMIER: FIVE SOLD
(Limited to five sponsors) 
Benefits Include:

  • One (1) meeting room to be used as company meeting space during conference
  • Recognition as one of the hosts of the networking reception, to include beverage napkins with sponsor logo to be distributed from the reception bar
  • Each sponsor will have the opportunity to have a literature piece (created and printed by sponsor) available at a marketing table near registration
  • Sponsor email sent two weeks prior to the event to all registered attendees (each sponsor will have 500 character limit and the email will be sent through NDIA)
  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo and 300 word description in onsite sponsor bulletin
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event

ELITE: $10,000 - THREE SOLD
(Limited to five sponsors)
Benefits Include:

  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations
  • Sponsor email sent to all registered attendees sent two weeks prior to the event (each sponsor will have 500 character limit and the email will be sent through NDIA)
  • Sponsor logo and link on event website
  • Sponsor logo and 200 word description in onsite sponsor bulletin
  • Sponsor logo on promotional signage at event

REGISTRATION & LANYARD: SOLD
(Limited to one sponsor - Deadline March 1, 2024)
Benefits Include:

  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration
  • 350 lanyards with company two-color logo imprint
  • Company logo on “Thank You to Our Sponsor” banner on the registration website
  • Sponsor banner with company logo on the registration confirmation (e-mail) receipt
