Tej is the Director for Program Performance Management (PPM) at General Dynamics Missions Systems in Fairfax, VA. He has over 20 years of experience in managing government programs ranging from technology development to production programs. In his current role, Tej is responsible for leading a large team of analysts providing program support from the proposal to execution phases including Earned Value Management (EVM), risk & opportunity management, and cost/schedule management support. In addition, he’s responsible for Program Management Excellence related initiatives including the training and development of Program Managers.
