Gordon began his career with DCMA in 2003. His first experience with EVM was in 2009 as a Program Analyst for DCMA at Orbital Sciences. He then joined the EVMS Center on the Training Team with Donna Holden and Erik Berg. He worked there for a few years and then moved back to a Contract Management Office to conduct EVM Program Analysis for DCMA Raytheon Tucson. In 2022 he was able to rejoin the EVMS Center, mainly working with The Boeing Group. He resides in Tucson with his wife, two daughters, and three dogs. He is also a graduate of the University of Arizona.
