Mr. Cooper is a Sr. Full-Stack Software Developer with experience in both product development and management, specifically with Earned Value Management. He has worked in both the DOD & DOE environments and has played an integral role in assisting the DOE's Office of Project Management stand up their PARS system, including metrics, dashboard, and data analysis development.
