Bill started out in the world of Program/Project Management back in the late 1980’s on the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline.  Since then, he has become an engineer and continued his work in program management by working on satellite and cellular communication design.  From there he started his government career with the Navy working on weapon systems and moved on to DCMA where he worked on as a Program Integrator on an ACAT I program.  He then moved on to working with the EVMS Center as a team lead and compliance review deputy.  He has spent time as the Deputy Director of IPMD for OSD A&S/ADA where he worked extensively on the IPMDAR DID.  Currently Bill is back at DCMA on the Boeing Team and working with the Center’s Policy IPT.
