Andrea Gilstrap is an Earned Value Practitioner, with 20 years of Earned Value experience. She has a BBA in Management from Idaho State University. Andrea has been at Idaho National Laboratory for 28 years, where she is currently the manager of Project Management Policy and Assurance. She proudly holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Earned Value Professional (EVP) certifications. Andrea is the current chair of the Energy Facility Contractors Group (EFCOG) Project Controls Subgroup.
