Mr. Dana A. Beyeler is Senior Vice President - Defense Engagement for the ELLWOOD Group, Inc. The ELLWOOD Group, Inc. is a private industrial company with over 2000 employs and annual revenues of over $1 billion.  Dana is responsible for engaging, on behalf of all ELLWOOD Group, Inc. divisions, any and all appropriate and approved global customers, agencies, and associations as well as relevant diplomatic and legislative representatives to advance the ELLWOOD Group brand and introduce and facilitate specific operational division interaction. Mr. Beyeler is a member of the Industry Trade Advisory Committee – ITAC -11 Steel (ITACs) and the NDIA representative to the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) where he serves as U.S. Deputy Head of Delegation.  ITACs are a unique public-private partnership jointly managed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of United States Trade Representative (USTR) that engages business leaders in formulating U.S. trade policy. The NIAG is composed of high-level industrial representatives of the member nations, each of them acting as a focal point and spokesperson for his/her national defence and security industries and associations. Mr. Beyeler is also member of the Board of Directors of the American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association (ASSA). As the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Senior Representative for South Korea and NATO Mr. Beyeler has a lead role in bilateral cooperation between the U.S. defense industrial base and its allies. With respect to the Republic of Korea Mr. Beyeler in the Co-Chair of the ROK-U.S. Defense Industry Consultative Committee (DICC). The DICC was formed in 1993 by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the Korean Defense Industry Association (KDIA). The DICC mission is to provide a forum for developing and sustaining a U.S.-ROK Industry dialogue on defense technological and industrial cooperation, and to offer appropriate industry recommendations to the Defense Technological and Industrial Cooperation Committee (DTICC) and the Security Consultative Committee (SCC)

Mr. Beyeler held the position of VP Sales & Marketing for ELLWOOD National Forge Co. (ENF) since it was established in January 2003 as a division of the ELLWOOD Group, Inc.  ENF produces and markets products globally for a wide range of highly specialized applications, including hard target penetrators, artillery components, pipe molds, turbine rotors, pressure vessels, sub-sea oil drilling platform components and other relatively high length/width ratio products with a bored interior diameter.

Prior to joining ELLWOOD National Forge Mr. Beyeler was VP of Marketing for National Forge Company.  His career at National Forge Co. spanned over 25 years.  In addition to Marketing and Sales, where he directed global sales for several primary products Dana’s background includes Purchasing, Finance, Quality and Customer Service.  Dana has been an active member of NDIA for over two decades.  In addition, Dana served on the Western Pennsylvania District Export Council and was a member of U.S. Commerce Secretary Daley’s Business Development Mission to India in 1997.

Prior to National Forge Co. Dana served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps: active duty 1973 – 1976 and as an Inactive Reserve Officer until separation in 1986.  He received a BA in Economics and Business from Muskingum College and a M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University.

Mr. Beyeler is affiliated with and actively engaged in multiple defense trade advisory organizations.
