Security Clearance and Gate Access
*All visit requests must be submitted no later than October 29, 2024. Please do not call Security or Visit POC to confirm whether your clearance had been received. *
Security Clearance Information
I do have a DISS access: All cleared attendees of this event are required to submit a visit request vis DISS.

I do not have DISS access: Follow the instructions below:
- Provide a visit request on command letterhead and submit DoD SAFE at http://safe.apps.mil Submit via DoD safe to securitymgr@nps.edu
- The following must be included
- Full Name
- SSN
- Purpose of Visit: NDIA Aircraft Survivability Symposium
- Date of Visit:
- Clearance Level: (Example: Secret, Top Secret, etc.)
- Type of Investigation: (Example: NACLC, ANACL, etc.)
- Date of Investigation
NPS Gate Access
CAC AND MILITARY ID HOLDERS: Those with a valid and unexpired CAC/military ID will be able to access the NPS campus. You must have it on your person at all times. CAC/military ID holders do not need to submit a form for gate access.
NON CAC/MILITARY ID HOLDERS: Please complete the SECNAV Form 5512 available here and submit via DoD SAFE to mjrosas@nps.edu and caadams@nps.edu with “NDIA Aircraft Survivability Symposium” in the email subject line. Should you need a sponsor, please list the Base Sponsor as Mr. Chris Adams, (831) 917-7501 on the form.
Important: In Question 13, regarding Identity Source Documents Presented, you must include your Social Security Number.
All SECNAV Form 5512 submissions must be received by October 29, 2024, to ensure timely gate access. Delays may occur if submitted after this date. If you do not have access to DoD SAFE, please contact Jenica Seguine at jseguine@NDIA.org for instructions.
