John has nearly two decades of experience in government contracting covering a broad range of sectors across the Federal Marketplace. John has extensive knowledge in complex business systems, contract cost, pricing, financing and compliance issues. Prior to joining OFPP John served as a Division Chief with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Headquarters Policy Directorate. During his career with DCAA he served in various roles from auditor, to supervisor, to manager and guest instructor at the Agency Training Institute. John holds a B.S in Accounting from The City University of New York College of Staten Island, and an Executive Masters in Policy Leadership from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy. John is a Certified Public Accountant in The State of New York.
