Registration for the 2024 Multinational Conference has two (2) steps!

1) Register for the conference and pay the appropriate conference fee (all fees are listed in U.S. Dollars). 
2) Complete and submit the appropriate security form to MDA/SCO no later than October 11, 2024. Instructions can be found on our Conference Security Form & Badging Information webpage

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions. Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

NOTE: NDIA charges a non-refundable 2.5 % Administration and Technology fee on all credit card transactions. To avoid fees, please consider NDIA’s no-cost payment option eCheck. The eCheck payment option is available for all NDIA orders. Virginia is controlling law for all transactions. 

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee & the 2.5% Administration and Technology fee, if submitted in writing by September 27, 2024. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Andrew Peters at apeters@NDIA.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows.

NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING CONSENT
I understand that NDIA and/or registered media may use photography and video to record, reproduce, and distribute the photos and video recordings of this event (webinar, conference, meeting, etc).  I understand that photos or videos may be taken, and any remarks, questions, and comments that I make will/may be included in any such recording. I hereby give my consent for my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance (as recorded by video or photography) to be used in marketing and/or video recording by NDIA, its affiliates, and/or media for any purpose associated with this event (webinar, conference, meeting, etc.)
