Industrial Committee on Operational Test and Evaluation (ICOTE) Meeting (Invitation Only) 1:30- 5:00 pm on Monday
(ICOTE) is run by the NDIA Test & Evaluation Division with a mission to gain feedback from senior industry representatives, discuss OSD and military service policies which affect relationships with suppliers, discuss emerging issues in government and industry which affect the readiness and capabilities of U.S. defense systems, and to cooperate on projects of mutual benefit to the ICOTE participants. Digital Materiel Management (DMM) Workshop: Implementing a Digital Technical Review Process - 1:30- 5:00 pm on Monday
AirForce Materiel Command AFMC’s Digital Material Management (DMM) Initiative will accelerate integrated capability delivery to the warfighter. DMM supports the mission of AFMC’s Digital Acceleration Task Force (DATF) and the Department of the Air Force Digital Transformation Office (DTO). In this workshop, led by LtCol Ryan Pospisal, government will explore with industry and domain experts to identify challenges, approaches, and solutions for conducting digital-based, accelerated, and continuous design reviews (e.g. System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs). We seek insights on current successes and challenges executing design reviews in industry and the necessary steps to foster a culture change towards leveraging digital material management, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in this area.
