Registration for the 26th Annual Expeditionary Warfare Conference has two (2) steps!
- Register for the conference and pay the appropriate conference fee.
- All attendees are required to submit a Visit Request form to the JHU/APL Visitor Control Office via APL’s SMO Code 888984 or
fax (240) 228-6400 by Tuesday, October 15, 2024. A SECRET Clearance is required to attend the 26th Annual Expeditionary Warfare Conference.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
Government: Government employee ID badge
Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver's license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received by October 5, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 5, 2024. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Tiffiney Smith at tsmith@NDIA.org.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
