Adam Hayes is the Director of Defense Operations at Lazarus AI, a foundation model company that serves both commercial and defense clients. With over two decades of industry, government and military experience, Adam brings a wealth of expertise to his role, drawing from his background as a former acquisitions program manager with the U.S. Air Force’s Kessel Run software factory and Army Futures Command.

Adam has proudly served as a United States Marine for 20 years and continues his commitment in a reserve capacity with the Marine Innovation Unit (MIU), where he acts as an acquisitions consultant and innovation instructor. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Adam is a dedicated husband and a proud girl dad of two.
