John Juell currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Epirus, a high-growth defense technology company developing market-leading high-power microwave systems for counter-electronics effects. He joined Epirus in 2020 as Director of Manufacturing and brings over two decades of Aerospace & Defense industry experience spanning operations management, strategic manufacturing planning and cross-functional project management to the company. Prior to Epirus, John spent 17 years at Raytheon (now RTX) in a variety of operations and manufacturing and program leadership roles and was most recently General Manager, El Segundo Factory Operations. He holds a bachelor's degree In Industrial Technology Management from Colorado State University.
