The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception for Industry attendees. Government and military attendees MUST include the meal ticket if those aspects of the event are desired. The deadline to purchase a government meal ticket is September 8, 2023.
Regardless of registration type, attendance at the Clambake requires payment of an additional fee.
This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

DoD Government / Active Duty Military Quota Control
Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command has provided Tier 2 conference approval. The number of DoD government and Active Military personnel who can attend is limited. If you wish to attend please notify your command’s conference point of contact to receive your registration access code. Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less to qualify.
All young industry professionals under 40 years of age who are referred to the conference by an NDIA member. Please email Erin Peters at epeters@ndia.org to receive code.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $100 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by September 3, 2023. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
