John Ricci is an Earned Value Management Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).  He has 20+ years at DCMA with experience in Earned Value Management, Program Management, and Engineering.  For 3+ years, John was the Program Manager for the EVMS Center’s tools team IPT and is now supporting the policy IPT.  He is currently assigned a special rotation with OUSD A&S ADA to lead the effort to update the EVMSIG. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.  

Prior to DCMA, John Ricci worked 5+ in program management as a Project Administrator for the Administrative Office of the Trial Court, Commonwealth of Massachusetts for courthouse construction and renovation projects.
