Registration
The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Onsite Registration
Badges can be picked up during the following times:
Monday, July 24, 2023: 11:00 am - 6:30 pm
Tuesday, July 25, 2023: 8:00 am - 6:15 pm
Wednesday, July 26, 2023: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.
Attention government card holders: NDIA is aware of credit card rejections for government issued Citi card users. Due to restrictions/blocks against card charges for MCC code 8641- Associations, your card may be declined. If you encounter this decline, contact your government card issuer or Citi to notify them of this MCC code card block. Once cleared, you may register online with your card.
One Day Only Registration - If you are registering for a One Day Only registration, please indicate which day you would like to attend the conference within the registration portal.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.
NDIA and Affiliates (NTSA, PSA, WID)
Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.
Contractors do not qualify for government registration and MUST register as industry. A valid government employee email is required at time of registration. Non-US or Allied Governments should register under "Foreign/Allied" registration category.
A valid military employee email is required at time of registration.
Provides access to Exhibit Hall Only
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid student email is required at time of registration. Part-time students are not eligible.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received by July 7, 2023, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 8, 2023. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Sarah Komar at skomar@NDIA.org.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
