Jeff Linke is SR Director of Multiple Functions at Weapon Systems Division, a Division within Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, 

The Division, in unison with its customers and industry partners, supports the three business units that make up Weapon Systems in delivering superior products and services for those who defend their nation’s security. Jeff is responsible for Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities and Program Execution for the Division and supports all the business units and their associated performance using efficient processes that deliver internal and external customer satisfaction through proven performance and execution.  

Prior to his current responsibilities, Jeff has held positions with-in two of the WS Business Units throughout his Northrop Grumman service.  Advanced Weapons Business Unit and Armament System Business Unit where he managed multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Mission Assurance and Facilities. Jeff also held a Sr Program manager position with Armament Systems where he led the Aftermarket Services Department located in Mesa, AZ. Jeff was responsible for revitalizing the aftermarket services and the creation of a structured customer support program for spares, training, technical manuals, and field support. With more than 30 years’ experience serving in a diverse career path, Jeff has accumulated significant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Mission Assurance, Strategic Planning, Business Development and International Business and Facilities. He has applied these experiences to create a team that focuses on supporting the internal and external customer. 

Jeff was a member of the U.S. Army where he served in various leadership roles spanning over a 14 year period of service. This leadership structure has helped Jeff bring his leadership experience to the commercial industry while still supporting the military industry.

Jeff is PMP certified through PMI and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State University.
