Konni Small currently serves as the Post Award Deputy Division Chief and Senior Supervisory Contracting Officer for Defense Logistics Agency-Aviation-Richmond, VA., responsibilities include assisting in leading a team of 90 civilian personnel and military members, she is responsible for contract management and oversight of over 55,000 open order lines in support of 35,000 DLA Aviation Supply Chain National Stock Numbers totaling $1.6 billion, and responsible for the oversight and engagement of over 3,000 suppliers that provide consumable materiel to meet DLA Aviation supply chain requirements. 

Konni has been a member of the DLA team since 2011 where she served as a Contract Specialist, Contracting Officer, First-line Supervisor, Supervisory Contracting Officer, Branch Chief, DAWIA Level III Certified and ELDP Level 4 Certified Senior Supervisory Contracting Officer, FA Directorate Signatory Authority, and Deputy Division Chief. She received her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from John Tyler Community College, both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University with a concentration in Human Resource Management and is a proud member of both Phi Theta Kappa and Delta Mu Delta Honor Societies.
