Shannon Kersch currently serves as the Post Award Division Chief, Customer Facing, Defense Logistics Agency, Richmond, Va., responsibilities include Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR), Life Support, and Customer Facing Team supporting NIINs and post-award contracting actions. Shannon has been a member of the DLA team since 2011 where she served as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist, and Integrated Supplier Team Lead.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Sienna. She completed her postgraduate education at Central Michigan University, where she received a master’s degree in Leadership.

Shannon served as a Logistics Officer with the US Army prior to joining DLA. She is a native of Tennessee.
