Scott LaFrance is the Operation Senior Manager of EVM programs at GDIT with over 23 years of program management experience in IT, Managed Services, and Manufacturing.

Scott is a former board member of the National Defense Industrial Associations (NDIA) – Integrated Program Management Division. He was an adjunct instructor with the College of Performance Management. In 2020, he assisted the program team of the Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System (BICES) program to implement the Integrated Program Performance Management (IPPM) solution.
