Paul Tackett is an Earned Value Management (EVM) System Surveillance Officer for Consolidated Nuclear Security (CNS) in Oak Ridge, TN.  Paul is responsible for providing guidance and governance of EVM systems for projects with full EVM requirements.  He coordinates with CNS projects and government oversight counterparts to define the process and associated procedures.  Paul is also a certified trainer for these systems.  He has experience with EVM certifications for both DOD (DCMA) and DOE (PM-30) projects.  Prior to focusing on EVM systems in 2016, Paul had 25 years of experience in Project Controls for large cost reimbursed projects for DOD and DOE.
