Kevin Reid is Senior Director of Earned Value Management

Excellence for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, a business of

Raytheon Technologies. He leads the Earned Value Management

Excellence product line support, policy development, training,

and Earned Value compliance.

Reid has 22 years of EVM experience in the defense industry.

He was previously Earned Value Management Excellence Sr. Manager at

Raytheon Company’s Space and Airborne Systems business prior to

Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020.

Prior to his current role, Reid was an Earned Value Process lead on

Space and Airborne Systems Earned Value Management Excellence team,

reporting to the SAS Tier II. He was previously an EVM Systems implementation

consultant, in which he was responsible for EVM system deployment and support

efforts for defense industry clients. Reid has also been a Program Controls Analyst

and Program Planner for several programs with a development and production focus.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from

the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds a certification in Program Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.  Reid completed training in Earned Value Management curricula at Bell Helicopter, EDS, and Raytheon, and has his Program Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI).
