Dr. Josh Ramirez, NPPQ, PMP, is manager of mission delivery and performance reliability at the Newport News Nuclear BWXT Los Alamos (N3B) site in New Mexico. His experience includes work at numerous DOE sites and national labs, including Hanford, LBNL, PNNL, and Los Alamos, and he also teaches project management at Columbia Basin College and Lewis University (Chicago). He has written best practices for the DOE Energy Facility Contractors Group (EFCOG) that focus on blending cognitive and behavioral science with project management, and is coauthor of NeuralPlan with Dr. Shari DeBaets. Josh’s doctoral research focused on designing project management with behavioral science.
