Amanda Bresler serves as Chief Strategy Officer of PW Communications, a woman-owned small business that provides full-service proposal support to companies of all sizes globally. She launched and manages the Company’s Future Capabilities Practice as well as SHELDON, a data-driven advisory service leveraged by the Department of Defense (DOD). Recognized as an expert in military innovation strategy, Ms. Bresler’s research into the effectiveness of DOD procurement policies has been widely published, including by the Naval Postgraduate School and the Journal of Defense Analytics and Logistics. She has presented at the Naval Postgraduate School, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Marine Corps Females in Technology symposium, the National Defense Industrial Association; and has been the featured guest on numerous podcasts. 

Ms. Bresler is actively engaged in business and community leadership roles, serving on the Board of Directors of St. Dalfour SAS, Chatham International, and AlmaLinks. She is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA). Ms. Bresler graduated cum laude from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
