Earl Scott is Vice President, Business Development, Air Force Logistics, Palantir Technologies.  In this capacity he leads a diverse team to create and advance customer relationships and develop in-depth knowledge of their business, culture, and requirements.  Leads company effort to cultivate and grow business capture in the Air Force logistics and supply chain enterprise.  He provides business case analysis and leads strategic planning and campaign activities to foster business growth.  Leverages acute insight to improve competitive position and secure customer commitments on behalf of the company.

A retired Colonel, and 26-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Scott previously served as the Maintenance Group Commander at Travis AFB, CA, the largest industrial complex in Air Mobility Command.  In this capacity he led over 2,500 personnel, with a $15 million operating budget, and was responsible for managing 75 facilities and performing all aircraft maintenance, logistics, engineering, and air cargo operations on over 2,600 military and commercial aircraft, carrying over 32,000 tons of cargo and over 33,000 passengers annually.

His additional USAF experience includes serving as the Maintenance Group Commander at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, where he led over 600 personnel in performing aircraft maintenance, engineering and aerial refueling operations on 15 KC-135 aircraft; Deputy Maintenance Group Commander at Joint Base Charleston, SC, where he led over 1,800 military, civilian and contract personnel to provide maintenance, engineering and logistics support to 55 C-17 aircraft; and Deputy Director of both the Force Development & Information Systems Branch, Headquarters Air Force A4L, Pentagon, where he developed Air Force-wide strategic and training policy for over 150,000 logistics personnel maintaining more than 5,400 military aircraft.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from Air War College at The Air University (graduated with distinction) and a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Science (Management) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (graduated with distinction).  Additionally, he earned a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certification and completed the Program Management & Acquisition Logistics Level II Program at Defense Acquisition University.
