Wes Norris

Wes Norris is the Senior Director, Business Development, Honeywell Aerospace, Air Force and Space Force portfolio. He is responsible for strategic growth, pursuit/capture strategy and execution, customer and partner relationship management, market opportunity development, bid and proposal activities.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Wes served in a variety of operational, business development and program management executive leadership roles with Boeing, L3 Harris, Meta Special Aerospace and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Wes retired from the USAF as a Colonel in 2013, culminating his career as the AFSOC Director of Logistics (A-4). A career aircraft/munitions maintenance officer, he served in various wing and headquarters aircraft/munitions maintenance and supply leadership positions in sustaining fighter, bomber, and special operations aircraft. Wes commanded a special operations aircraft maintenance group and two aircraft maintenance squadrons. He served as a staff and executive officer at the Air Force Personnel Center, Director of Assignments and the Joint Staff, Strategy and Policy Directorate (J-5).
Wes earned a bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College and master’s degrees from Troy University, the Air Command and Staff College and the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
