Registration

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions and networking opportunities.

Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:

  • Government: Government employee ID badge
  • Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

If you are attending the meeting virtually, you will receive a zoom.gov link, via the email you registered with, the week of the meeting. 

Attention government card holders: 
NDIA is aware of credit card rejections for government issued Citi card users. Due to restrictions/blocks against card charges for MCC code 8641- Associations, your card may be declined. If you encounter this decline, contact your government card issuer or Citi to notify them of this MCC code card block. Once cleared, you may register online with your card.

Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellations received by January 13, 2023 will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 13, 2023. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to kheard@NDIA.org.

HARRASSMENT POLICY 

The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
