Mark has over 25 years’ experience working on complex projects as a senior professional engineer and program manager.  He has niche expertise in the technical definition, systems engineering and program management of complex military programs.  Over the years, he has worked on many of large-scale military acquisition programs in the US, Australia and Middle East.  In 2000, Mark was awarded a Chief of Army commendation for outstanding achievement in program and engineering management.

In recent years, Mark has focused on developing a market-leading technical Institute of Technology.  He has designed and developed a broad range of niche technology training course specializing in capability systems design, systems engineering, military vehicle technology, project management and leadership.  He now delivers these professional development courses to governments and defense companies around the world.

Mark graduated from RMC Duntroon (Australia) with an honours degree in mechanical engineering.  He holds a Master of Science (Defence Technology) and has completed a broad range of postgraduate studies in economics and finance. Mark is currently a visiting fellow at the University of New South Wales, Canberra.
