The registration fee covers capability briefings, general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches and receptions.
Some concurrent sessions of this Conference are restricted to DoD, U.S. DoD Contractors, and DOE Only who are citizens of the U.S. Provisions of applicable DoD policies do not permit waiving the DoD and U.S. Citizenship requirements for attending these sessions.
Certification for Attendance is to be accomplished by attendee's U.S. Government agency, DoD, DOE official or corporate security office. More information on how to submit your DD Form 2345 will be forthcoming.
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Need a ride to the demo site? Any registration type can add transportation to their registration for a low, flat rate.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Andrew Peters at apeters@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before September 8, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 8, 2022. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
