The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions (unclassified and classified) and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Attendees wishing to attend the TS/SCI REL FVEY level sessions MUST submit their clearance information ahead of time. Instructions to submit your security clearance information can be found on our Security Clearance webpage.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test
At this current time, NDIA will required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of August 17, 2022 upon arrival to SWIF 2022. Refusal to show proof of either will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises. Please see our Health and Safety FAQs webpage for more information as well as what types of tests will be accepted.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less to qualify

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation processing fee, if submitted in writing by July 29, 2022. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcome and are encouraged. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to Krystal Heard at kheard@NDIA.org. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
NDIA reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, NDIA will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
